About Julie C. Muraco

Julie Muraco is founder and managing member of Suarum Investment Management (“SIM”). Ms. Muraco established to Company to prioritize a client-focused approach to delivering investment services.

Prior to SIM, Ms. Muraco was the President & CEO of a Connecticut based investment advisory specializing in income generating strategies across asset classes, including a high yield municipal bond strategy and equity income strategy. The Connecticut advisor had ~$750mm AuA. She was hired in a succession plan to grow the Company and was responsible for overseeing $350mm in client assets.

From 2015 to March 2021, Ms. Muraco was CEO & Managing Partner of TBLI Group Holdings, B.V. In March 2021, Ms. Muraco carved out the Advisory Division of TBLI Group Holdings and worked with an international clientele. TBLI’s headquarters were located in Amsterdam serving client engagements in Asia, Europe, and North America.

Prior to establishing her own companies, Ms. Muraco was a Senior Managing Director and head of Global Capital Markets for The NASDAQ Stock Market. She was responsible for strategy and client relations with corporate advisors, investment banks and financial sponsors, transitioning private companies to the public markets. She was with NASDAQ from February 2004 to January 2009.

Ms. Muraco’s career began on Wall Street as a vice president with J.P. Morgan’s Cash Markets Division, New York City, and as a managing director in the Capital Markets Division of Smith Barney in Chicago.

She is Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of Directors for Americans for the Arts, Washington, D.C. and is Chair of its Investment Committee. She is Treasurer and Chair of the Investment Committee, Board of Trustees for the Robert Sterling Clark Foundation, New York, NY. She is an Aspen Society member of the Aspen Institute. Ms. Muraco was a past board trustee for the Duke of Edinburgh Award U.S.A., chaired by HRH, the Duke of Edinburgh.

Ms. Muraco holds a B.A. in Finance from Baldwin-Wallace College, Berea, Ohio. She received a certification in Public- Private Partnerships (P3s) from the Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure in 2025. She is enrolled for the Certificate in Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School (2025). She divides her time in New York, NY and Aspen, Colorado.
